BCW was founded in 2000 by three engineers who wanted to provide clients with reliable expertise and service. Starting with a small client base, BCW consistently grew solely due to the recommendations they received from their clients. As a result of those recommendations and referrals, BCW has expanded throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as New York and Washington D.C.

To service all clients, BCW has expanded their team and expertise to include more engineers and technicians who share the same philosophy of reliability, expertise, and service as the founding partners. The team now includes Microsoft Certified Solutions Engineers (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP), and Citrix Certified Administrators (CCA).
